SIX MONTH PROGRAM DETAILS:
It is very important to understand that this program is 100% personalized to your specific bioindividual needs.
I have found that six months allows for a good amount of time to make significant lifestyle changes that are sustainable and habitual, therefore I have created a 6-month 1:1 program for my clients.
What to expect?
We begin with the contact form completed at the bottom of this page, then I will email you an in-depth health history intake form. This form allows me to really get an understanding of your concerns.
During months 1-3, we'll meet weekly for 50 minutes to discuss your chosen realistic and achievable goals, create an action plan to execute those goals and list the ways I will support you. During these meetings you may receive relevant handouts to your goals or DVD’s to watch to help support you in achieving your goals.
During months 4-6, we'll meet twice a month for 50 minutes. We can meet to workout together, go grocery shopping, cook a meal, review your set goals and prioritize tasks to accomplish those goals.

- A one time therapeutic sauna appointment with me at Om Spa is included in the program
- A one time pantry overhaul
- A grocery store tour
- A monthly AromaTouch massage
In the end you will be empowered with the following knowledge:
- A better understanding of the American food industry and the Standard American Diet
- How to read food labels and know what is a GMO, MSG, an additive or preservative
- Confidence in cooking at home more and eating out less
- The knowledge to make informed decisions about the foods you eat with confidence in your everyday food choices
